1999 - The founders of the CY's Eclectic travel to Japan, Malaysia and Singapore where they learn to appreciate the local cuisine.
2000- We travel all over the United States trying new and different recipes to add to our portfolio.
2001- Start testing new recipes with friends and family. Products perfected include Satay Curry Paste and Thai Peanut Sauce.
2002 - Travel to Europe and the Mediterranean. Begin to experience and collect recipes from India, Italy, France, Great Britain, and Belgium.
2004- CY's Eclectic is incorporated in the state of Utah on April 2. Owners begin to work full-time to bring their dream of sharing their recipes from around the world to people who appreciate fine specialty foods.
CY's Eclectic was incorporated in the state of Utah on April 2, 2004. Since then, the owners have been working with the FDA and state agencies to get their wide variety of products produced and certified for sale. Our first products will be introduced to the market in December of 2004. We are going to be providing products for many categories including Dry Rubs, Seasonings, Marinades,Sauces, and Salad dressings. The first product line will be our Dry Rubs and Seasonings.
